I’m a woman. I’m a wife. I’m a mom. I’m a leader. I’m an Afro-Latina originally from the Dominican Republic. I was born, raised, and married my high school sweetheart in Santo Domingo. We moved to New York City in the Fall of 2008 and now live in Miami with our child.
I love connecting with people, supporting people and most importantly, partnering with people to help them discover and unlock the tools and support they have available to empower themselves and accomplish their goals.
I’m a Coach and HR professional who partners with emerging leaders to help them design their lives and careers in a way that is meaningful, fulfilling and that truly works for them.
Human beings are constantly creating opportunities for development and ever improving. Working with people is an unlimited source of success and growth.
I’ve been in the Human Resources field for almost 20 years now.
I’m currently working at YoungArts as the Vice President of Equity, People and Culture, and you can learn more about my work experience here.
My formal education includes a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology and I attended the Certified Professional Coach Program at the University of Miami.

coffee as my platform
Coffee. A daily reminder of the journey to becoming a better version of myself.
My ‘first coffee, then things’ approach to life is not -only- about the coffee, it’s about being intentional with my day, my goals, and my actions. More on that here.
