For 2021, my purpose is to keep showing up to work and to life, fully and authentically. To keep inspiring people to become the best version of themselves by becoming the best and most powerful version of myself.

I think affirmations work if you use them in addition to actions that will move you closer to your goals. YOUR GOALS.
Think about every and all areas of your life: health and fitness, love, family, friends, finance and wealth, career and business, impact and growth... Write down what you really want for your life to be, and feel like, in 10 years.
Having a partner to hold me accountable has been absolutely critical to accomplishing many things in my life. These partners are peers, mentors, family and friends that are vibrating at the same frequency I am now, and most importantly, a coach.
Distracted by my thoughts (and the phone) and definitely feeling the stress, I walked by a family that was also enjoying their morning walk. The woman is pushing a stroller, kid seems to be sleeping; the man has the dog on a leash. Did not think much of it, we see this all the time.
This morning, as I was cleaning the coffee grinder, my husband walked into the space and said: "I want someone that believes in me the way you believe in coffee." We both laughed.
If you stop searching for the answers outside yourself and start listening to your intuition by being really still and quiet, you will know what to do next. Always. You already know.
Contrary to popular belief, 2020 has been one of my best years yet.
My purpose is to inspire others to become the best version of themselves by being the best version of myself every day; showing up to work, and to life, fully and authentically. But what does that mean or, even better, how do you do that?
