I love coaching, I love coffee and my purpose is to inspire people to be the best version of themselves, by being (progress, not perfection) the best version of myself. Every single person has the ability to create a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to them. As one of my instructors said on the very first day of my coaching program, all human beings are creative, resourceful and whole. I agree with her.
A huge aspect of my commitment to my growth, is my obsession with finding and sharing resources that can generate:
☕️ Inspiring ideas
☕️ New learning
☕️ New ways to apply something I already know
☕️ A complete different view of the world
☕️ And, above all, the opportunity to experience personal and professional growth.
Sooo… every now and then, I’ll be sharing a powerful tool (book, podcast, article, recommended event or other resources), to help you get inspired and ready to take definite action in your life.
Don’t miss out! Subscribe here.
Looking forward to sharing this journey with you!

Tool of the week: Gratitude app
This Gratitude app has helped me to really focus on the positive and appreciate even the small things that make me happy, like getting free coffee, an unexpected check in the mail, movie night with my husband and child, going to the Oprah’s 2020 vision tour in Fort Lauderdale…
If apps aren’t your thing, here are some ways to cultivate gratitude on a regular basis.
