I recently listened to a podcast that completely changed my definition of work/life balance. The conversation approaches balance under a new light (at least for me). The key word is not balance. The magic trick to find balance, is actually about transitioning and making decisions.

Unmade decisions are (often) the reason for feeling out of balance.

How do we become better at balancing life and making decisions that align with our values and goals?
How do we optimize our day in a way that we feel good about our choices?
What are the activities we want to tackle this week? this month? this year?
