First coffee, then what you need now

Give yourself a moment to check in with yourself and set an intention for the day.
For example…
Today I’m in complete alignment with myself,
with my values and with what’s important to me.

Let it go.
Breathe.
Notice how you feel.

What the World Needs Now is Love” is a 1965 popular song with lyrics by Hal David and music composed by Burt Bacharach.

I found myself singing this song the other day, so I decided to play it out loud…

As the music was blasting through the speakers, I started to think about what we need now. What I need now. Sometimes what you need, is not just to add but to remove things, habits, thoughts…

What do I need to do more of?
What do I need to do less of?
What do I need to start doing?
What do I need to stop doing once and for all?

COVID-19 is a new, unsettling, situation for everyone. This is also an opportunity to be creative, to think about our lives and businesses differently, to collaborate and test our capabilities. How do we win? How do we adapt to the market situation, to this new normal? Ho do we evolve? — These questions are for me, for you, for everyone. Am I choosing to be a victim or am I choosing to grow?

Give yourself a moment to check in with yourself and set an intention for the day.
For example…
Today I’m in complete alignment with myself,
with my values and with what’s important to me.

Let it go.
Breathe.
Notice how you feel.

Tool of the week: First coffee, then blogs

Every single person has the ability to create a life that is meaningful and fulfilling to them. As one of my instructors said on the very first day of my coaching program, all human beings are creative, resourceful and whole. I agree with her. My ‘first coffee, then things’ approach to life is not (just) about the coffee, it’s about being intentional with my day, my goals, and my actions.

Here are all the blog posts I have shared with you. Take a moment to go through your favorite one so far and really do the work this time. Pick one aspect of your life that you want to improve, as part of adapting to this new normal way of life, and really, really focus on it. Choose growth.
