First coffee, then funding my dream

Back in February of 2020 I wrote First coffee, then working on my happiness like a full-time job to share the news that I was starting a new job.

At the time, I had been focusing solely on my Coaching business so the automatic question I was getting from people was: What’s going to happen to coaching then?

Although my quick answer was “it’s not either/or, it’s both”, I didn’t quite know what that really meant or how it was going to work.

Almost eight months in (at the time of the writing of this post), I was -and still am- very much excited to get ready for work every day, while also, working on (and funding) my dream. I get to support and partner with leaders and teams as they work on becoming the best version of themselves (both at my current job, as well as working with individual clients). To do this, I have managed to structure a schedule that works for me and allows me to integrate the different parts of my life, in addition to protecting my boundaries, my energy and my financial stability AND I am so happy to help others do the same.

Coffee is my inspiration, coaching is my passion.

I had a dream in my belly…a big one…but I also had bills to pay and a child to take care of and you know what? A job equals security”. Lisa Nichols, How to Balance your Job and your Dream.
