“You cannot make this big change in your life and expect nothing around you to change, especially your relationships with other people. When you change who you are being, you will upset people, you will lose friends, and maybe even cause rifts with family members, so your desire to grow into who you’re meant to be must be firmly placed in the very front of your mind at all times — as must the specifics of the life you’re creating for yourself and the feelings associated with it, so you have the courage to stay the course. Trust that you are meant to be awesome, in all aspects of your life: career, relationships, self. And please know that, while you may miss and still love the people you lose along the way, you will find new people who are at the same frequency you are now.”

Having partners to hold me accountable has been absolutely critical to accomplishing many things in my life.
These partners are: peers, mentors, family and friends that are vibrating at the same frequency I am now, and most importantly, a coach. There is something truly magical about investing in myself and circulating abundance around my growth.

According to the International Coach Federation, coaching is:
“… partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires
them to maximize their personal and professional potential…. Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is naturally creative and resourceful. The coach’s job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.”
Coaching concentrates on where the coachee is now, where he/she/they want to be, and what he/she/they are willing to commit to, and do to become who they are meant to be and create a life that is meaningful, fulfilling, and that truly works for them.

Here is something I have shared before about coaching. Take some time to review it as we tend to process information differently depending on the stage of the journey we are in.
